McNeely & Lincoln Associates, Inc. is a 30-person firm providing civil
engineering and land surveying services to municipalities, architects, and to
owner-clients in the commercial, industrial, institutional, public utility, and
waste management fields. From its Livonia office, McNeely & Lincoln Associates
engages projects throughout southeastern Michigan.
McNeely & Lincoln Associates, Inc. was founded in 1961 by Edward J. McNeely and
William M. Lincoln. From 1965 to 1987, our firm was primarily engaged in the
practice of municipal consulting engineering. Since that time the company
developed into a leading consulting land surveying company as well, serving
institutional, industrial, commercial, and professional service clients, while
continuing to enhance its civil, environmental, and municipal engineering
capabilities. McNeely & Lincoln strives to develop and maintain long-term
relationships with its clients through the consistent and timely delivery of
quality products and client services. Our success is reflected in the volume of
